THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS
PRESCHOOL
Preschool applicants must be three years old to be enrolled, and must be toilet trained.

Create an account and submit online Enrollment Application as well as the non-refundable application fee

Scan a copy of birth certificate or bring a copy to the school office

Schedule a family interview with the Preschool Director

Submit health records including certificate of immunizations prior to the start of school

K-12
The enrollment process for students entering K-12 is designed to establish a successful partnership with prospective students and parents. Our goal is for students to have a smooth transition and for parents to have full confidence of the spiritual and academic education provided. We achieve this through the following process:

Initial consultation and school tour

Submit application and fee

Request academic records

Educational screening

Family interview
To enter kindergarten, a child must be 5 on or before September 1.
To enter first grade, a child must be 6 on or before September 1.
Final grade-level assignments are made upon enrollment by our Head of School and appropriate grade-level educators, based on prior records, grade reports, standardized test scores, entrance screening, and church and school references.
STEPS TO APPLY

Submit school reference and school records request

Arrange for educational screening (cost is covered by your application fee)
