LOWER SCHOOL
K-5th Grade
The academic program at Master’s Academy offers a competitive, comprehensive college-preparatory curriculum employing the Master’s Approach to Christian Education, and the Notebook Method, ensuring lower school students have a smooth transition to upper school.
All lower school classes are taught with biblical principles at the heart of every subject, laying a foundation for students to develop a biblical worldview. This program is based upon the Christian idea that recognizes the value of each individual and the responsibility for personal self-government.
Dedicated to educating the “whole student,” we offer a balanced program of rigorous academics, coupled with a wide variety of activities that will nurture the aesthetic tastes, sociability, spiritual stature, and physical body of each student.
Bible classes are held daily. Chapel is held on Friday, and students go to separate classes with specialized teachers for music, PE, art, Spanish, STEM, and media/computers. These special classes meet once or twice a week.
